Tim lives and breaths the pub having bought it to live in it and develop his dream through it. Tim has worked in every aspect of the pub from cleaner to barman to kitchen assistant to chef to ensure he knows the business inside out and can ensure the customer gets the right experience. Tim is also a part time IT consultant specialising in customer service so brings those skills to ensuring The White Hart's customer experience is the best it can be. Tim acts as a chef when needed and is personally responsible for Sunday Lunches.
