  • White Hart prawn and crayfish cocktail served with bread and butter.


  • Winsey farm corn fed turkey served with chipolata wrapped in bacon, sage and prune stuffing, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
  • Slow cooked rump of venison with spiced red cabbage, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a juniper berry jus.
  • Risotto of roasted vegetables cooked in a chestnut and Oxford blue cheese sauce.
  • Pan fried red snapper on garlic mashed potatoes with a lime and coriander dressing.
